Managing Director (CEO)
Kelechi Okeke is the Managing Director of Drelugs Limited. Previously, he was the Head, Power Management at Keystone Bank Limited, saddled with responsibility of deploying power and energy solutions and overseeing Bank wide electrical services. He played a pivotal role in branch roll out, upgrade, maintenance and ATM deployment. He has over thirteen years’ experience in power, construction, manufacturing and financial services, working with reputable companies like JMG, RHAS and STEYR. He has vast knowledge in Energy and Power, Building and Plant Services, Projects and Facilities Management.
Kelechi is a COREN registered Engineer, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
Nonso Okpala holds a B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is presently the CEO of VFD Group Limited. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Heirs Holdings and played a pivotal role in implementing the turnaround strategy of its investee companies. With extensive experience in the Nigerian financial services industry working with reputable companies like KPMG, BGL and United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), Nonso has significant knowledge of key finance concepts from Audit, Finance and Administration to Investment Banking and Management.
Nonso is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ACA).
Niyi Adenubi holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan. Niyi has vast experience in the financial sector, working in Private Equity, Venture Capitalism and Financial Advisory. He has specific oversight on Corporate Governance and possesses certifications in Finance and Business Management from the Tanaka Business School. He has played Financial Advisory roles to numerous firms in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom, most notably with the Royal Bank of Scotland and Atos Consulting. Niyi is currently a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Paragon Partners.
Mobolaji Adewumi is the Special Assistant to the Managing Director of First Bank of Nigeria Limited. Prior to joining First Bank, he was the Special Adviser to the Managing Director of ASO Savings and Loans PLC. He was previously the Head of Finance and Performance Management for the Africa Division of United Bank of Africa and spent three years in the Audit and Risk Advisory Division of KPMG Nigeria. His work experience also includes six years of service in the Nigerian Army.
Mobolaji is a Co-Founder of Premium Green Group. Premium Green owns significant stake in entities such as VFD Group, Dynasty Real Estate and Germaine Automobile.
Mobolaji is a graduate of Management and Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife in Nigeria and is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He has an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge (as a Leventis Scholar) where he cofounded the Cambridge African Business Network (CABN).
Adeoye Fadeyibi is a consummate energy sector professional with over 17 years of experience in the power and related sectors. Presently, he is the Managing Director of Eko Electricity Distribution Company. Prior to joining EKEDC, he was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Transcorp Power Limited (TPL). He has a broad experience in Power Generation and related services, mostly garnered from his 14 years of experience at General Electric (GE).
Adeoye has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York State University and is a graduate of the GE Power Systems University. He has also attended several technical and management trainings/certifications from the General Electric Power Systems University and other various Management Learning Programs.
Lawrence Akinrulie is the Managing Director of Dynasty Real Estate. He possesses vast experience and expertise in the real estate with a background in financial services. Lawrence was Group Head, Products and Marketing at New Prudential Mortgage Bank Ltd. Prior to that, he worked in several key capacities at ASO Savings and Loans Plc. He has also worked for Asset & Resource Management (ARM) and Hallmark Assurance.
Lawrence has a B.Tech. degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and an MBA from the Business School Netherlands. He is also certified in numerous specialty areas including consumer & real estate lending, strategic business & financial modelling, credit risk analysis and International Financial Reporting Standard.
Dumebi Chukwuma is a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. He is experienced in commercial law practice, Corporate Affairs Matters and civil litigation both in the High Courts and Appellate Courts. He also has experience in diverse legal areas especially in the area of conveyance, trademark, intellectual property, wills, real estate, and debt recovery. He has previously worked with P.J. Ntephe & Co., a reputable law firm.
He is well versed in reviewing contract agreements and bidding documentation having worked on reviewing and re-drafting of various agreements regarding project finance, and loan syndication among others. He has rendered legal advice and opinions on many aspects of Commercial law. He is presently the principal partner at Hoick and Duke Legal Practitioners.
