Kelechi Okeke is the Managing Director of Drelugs Limited. Previously, he was the Head, Power Management at Keystone Bank Limited, saddled with responsibility of deploying power and energy solutions and overseeing Bank wide electrical services. He played a pivotal role in branch roll out, upgrade, maintenance and ATM deployment. He has over thirteen years’ experience in power, construction, manufacturing and financial services, working with reputable companies like JMG, RHAS and STEYR. He has vast knowledge in Energy and Power, Building and Plant Services, Projects and Facilities Management.
Kelechi is a COREN registered Engineer, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
Chinelo Nvene holds a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She possesses vast experience and expertise in the financial sector, leasing and construction industry, having worked in several key capacities. She played vital roles in executive management, research and production, customer relations and construction supervision. Chinelo has significant knowledge of entrepreneurship, resource management, technology, building and civil engineering and has exhibited these roles with various firms across Nigeria.
Chinelo is an astute Geologist, Scientist and Business Developer. She belongs to various professional bodies and is almunus of esteemed business institutions.
Dumebi Chukwuma is a lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. He is experienced in commercial law practice, Corporate Affairs Matters and civil litigation both in the High Courts and Appellate Courts. He also has experience in diverse legal areas especially in the area of conveyance, trademark, intellectual property, wills, real estate, and debt recovery. He has previously worked with P.J. Ntephe & Co., a reputable law firm.
He is well versed in reviewing contract agreements and bidding documentation having worked on reviewing and re-drafting of various agreements regarding project finance, and loan syndication among others. He has rendered legal advice and opinions on many aspects of Commercial law. He is presently the principal partner at Hoick and Duke Legal Practitioners.
